Gary a god among scam artists and a loser in life. After his girlfriend, Linda, announces she is leaving because she sees no future with a ticket scalper, Gary swears to give up the scams, then he learns that the Pope is to visit Yankee Stadium. It's his chance to make one last big score, get off the street and win Linda's heart.
