This lowbrow romantic comedy, which is unlikely to sweep viewers off their feet, starts with the overused premise of a wealthy woman and an average Joe who fall in love despite her parents wholehearted disapproval. We first meet radio traffic announcer Tom Leezak (Ashton Kutcher) and Beverly Hills blonde Sarah McNerney Leezak (Brittany Murphy) at the airport as they return from their hellish honeymoon.
