Acquanetta stars as the alluring jungle woman who runs about in the wilds, sometimes in human form and on other occasions as an ape. When scientist Naish discovers her, he drugs her and carts the ape-lady back to his research center. While performing some tests, however, he administers an
overdose and kills her. Naish is brought to trial for her death but is acquitted when the body appears as an ape's. The film is told in flashback as Naish gives his story to a jury. Footage from CAPTIVE WILD WOMAN, this story's predecessor, is incorporated, including some scenes with Carradine. A
third film, JUNGLE CAPTIVE, followed.
