Sporadically funny comedy about a lad (Howerd) fired from a greyhound track after he's suspect in a doping scandal. After nursing a sick canine back to health, Howerd wins a big race and proves his innocence. He's helped out by the zany trio of Holloway, Matthews, and Hickson. Despite some slick direction, the story never rises above its relative simplicity. leave a comment
