We are asked to believe the impossible here--that the voluptuous Loren is a Jewish victim of Nazi oppression, seeking noble retribution from her missing Nazi husband in Israel. It's the troubled year of 1947 and Palestine is about to erupt into race war, but is still a British protectorate. Finch, a leader of the Jewish underground paramilitary organization, Haganah, learns that Verner, a Nazi war criminal, is training an Arab legion to attack the newly formed Jewish state.
