Waterston is a research scientist caught up in a web of international intrigue in this remake of the Eric Ambler novel which was much more successfully adapted by Orson Welles in 1942. This version was shot all over Europe with well-known guest artists who ought to have known better, and directed by Mann who has done much better. leave a comment
