Collier is a wealthy man who marries gold digger Birell. His two sons, Ameche and Young, hear about their father's folly and try to stop him. They meet Simon, a young cabaret singer, and become convinced that she's the seductress. It turns out she isn't--nor is she a nightclub singer.
