An odd little crime film that was financed by its star, Tone, and his producers, the Danziger brothers, for a sum of $400,000. Tone plays a crusading New York assistant district attorney determined to expose and smash a vile "hate group" of supposedly patriotic Americans after they murder his buddy, McCormick, a newspaper columnist.
