Jaws: The Revenge

As the toothy fish series plays out its line, the plots of the JAWS movies become more and more ludicrous, embarrassingly so with this, the fourth and most dismal of the group. Police chief Brody (Roy Scheider, who wisely opted to escape this endless saga) has been eliminated from the New England town of Amity, so his wife, the long-suffering Ellen (Lorraine Gary), has taken over the lead. One of her sons, Sean (Mitchell Anderson), has become the police chief. He is vexed by a terrorizing shark during the Christmas season, then killed by it.
