Jailbirds: Review

Burdon and Hawtrey are a pair of convicts who escape by dressing in drag. They take jobs at a bakery, where a fellow escapee gives them some stolen gems to hide. When the loaf of bread they hid the loot in gets sold to a detective, the inept crooks break back into jail and pretend they've been there all along. Funnier than most British comedies of the time. leave a comment
