This modest but compelling drama received only a brief theatrical release, but it's a must-see on TV for some truly great performances. Robert De Niro stars as "Megs" Megessey, a Vietnam vet who's a thorn in the side of his war buddy Dave (Ed Harris), who'd just as soon forget both Vietnam and Megs. When Megs unexpectedly arrives at the house Dave shares with his sister (Kathy Baker), Dave is forced to face some uncomfortable truths about himself. Read the complete review for Jacknife
