A lifeless cat-burglar thriller which has Hamilton taking over as top jewel thief from his mentor, Cotten, the Ace of Diamonds. Ignoring Cotten's warnings to stop before he is caught, Hamilton teams up with Laforet and master thief Evans to pull off a heist of the priceless Zaharoff diamonds. An alarm is triggered during the caper, and Cotten appears, allowing himself to be nabbed by the police, so that Hamilton and Laforet may escape. Hamilton will not watch Cotten do time for a crime he has committed and makes a deal to give up the stolen gems in return for Cotten's release. leave a comment
