If you're looking for some good old-fashioned low-budget, ultra campy, B horror movie fun, then look no further. The bargain-basement budget prevents this film from delivering any hair-raising scares. We don't see any actual murders, but are treated to blood splattering on road signs and flaming barbecues. The filmmakers and writers, however, seem to have realized their limitations and made up for them with some laugh-out-loud camp comedy. We enter the story a year after the original serial killer snowman Jack Frost (voice by Scott Macdonald) was destroyed by Sam Tier (Chris Allport) and some anti-freeze. Sam's wife Ann (Eileen Seeley), and soon to be wed neighbors Joe (Chip Heller) and Marla (Marsha Clark) have put their winter horrors behind them, but Sam has not forgotten. Thoughts of Jack Frost haunt him even as the group goes on a pre-wedding celebration to "Fun Island" where it never snows. Jack Frost is accidentally released from his anti freeze grave in a freak occurrence and makes his way in liquid form to Fun Island to seek his snowman revenge. Once there, he begins his search for carrot nose and charcoal eyes so he might be complete once more. In doing so, many young bikini-clad girls lose their lives in gruesomely humorous manner. (Jack Frost always has an eye — and usually a carrot — for the ladies.) As the body count rises, Sam and crew make the grim realization that Jack is back and gear up for another final showdown with the new and improved, mutant killer snow man. leave a comment --Matt Lappin
