Jabberwocky

Gilliam, animator for British television's "Monty Python's Flying Circus," directed and coscripted this silly medieval fantasy inspired by the Lewis Carroll poem of the same name. The feisty Jabberwocky is ripping apart poor wanderers in the woods of King Bruno the Questionable, played by Wall. Palin, another member of the Python troupe, is a meek country dweller who travels into the king's domain and gets mixed up in an endless string of wild situations. Wall has called all his knights to the city and orders them to duel to the death, with the winner getting the hand of Fallender and the chance to slay the Jabberwocky.
