Irish Whiskey Rebellion: Review

A surface probe of an Irish rum-running operation in 1927 (the midst of prohibition) that sent its profits back home to help the IRA's cause. Devane's performance is up to his usual high standard, and the period atmosphere is believable; but that's still not enough to raise the film above mediocrity.
