A kind of hybrid, with the hip tone of Jean-Jacques Beineix's DIVA, the incest of Jean Cocteau and Jean-Pierre Melville's LES ENFANTS TERRIBLES, and the cross-dressing of Roman Polanski's THE TENANT, INVITATION AU VOYAGE is a psychological road movie about the 20ish Lucien (Laurent Malet) and his twin sister, Jeanne (Nina Scott).
