The Invisible Ray: Review

Boris Karloff, by means of his time and space travel machine, is able to pinpoint a meteor that landed in Africa. With the help of fellow scientist Bela Lugosi, Karloff puts together an expedition to retrieve the meteor, which contains "Radium X," a substance more powerful than radium. Upon finding the meteor, Karloff is contaminated by radiation and discovers that he kills whatever he touches.
