A bizarre and perverse science-fiction comedy about a genuine race of femme fatales. Federal agent Smith comes across the unbelievable report that a number of women have been transformed into "bee girls" who seduce men and kill them during love-making. He succeeds in dispatching the
nymphomaniacs but in the end succumbs to one himself. Classy-looking women help move this unlikely story to its ironic conclusion. Writer Meyer also wrote the novel The Seven Per Cent Solution,
wrote the screenplay for the same, wrote and directed TIME AFTER TIME (1979), and directed STAR TREK:
THE WRATH OF KHAN (1982).
