International Crime

Lamont Cranston (AKA The Shadow) is an amateur criminologist and detective who hosts a daily radio news program. A tip about an impending robbery detours the ccops and cranston from the real bank burglery across town, which results in the accidental death of the bank owner. Cranston and his assistant Phobe Lane (Allwyn) attempt to solve the murder, and uncover a gang of foreign saboteurs. The second of two films based on the popular "The Shadow" pulp novels my Maxwell Grant.
