Inside Detroit

One of a series of "inside story" dramas done by Clover Productions for Columbia. This one takes a look at corruption within the United Auto Workers. Loosely based on the true story of the Reuther brothers, the film opens with an attempted bombing of the union headquarters run by honest union man O'Keefe. His younger brother is killed. O'Brien, a union man about to be released after serving time for racketeering, is the brains behind the bombing, though his troubled son Damon and daughter Field (who was O'Brien's real life daughter) refuse to believe any of it.
