The Incredible Melting Man: Review

This film tries to balance horror against morality but ends up shaky at best. Rebar is the only survivor of an ill-fated Saturn expedition. While on his trip, he is touched by some weird space virus that causes his flesh to melt and his palate to crave human flesh. He is pursued by DeBenning and Alldredge, who both want the monster for different reasons. The special effects are all right but not nearly so horrifying as the film purports.
