Ford is an auto race driver recuperating from an accident who meets waitress Marsh and decides to go into the trucking business with her father. They become involved with a rival trucking company which employs the driver who secretly doctored Ford's racing car, causing his accident. Competition between the two companies and the two drivers ensues, but there's very little suspense. Motivations are paper thin and escapes too hokey to be believed. There are a couple of nifty sequences, including a truck going over a cliff and another blown up by its dynamite cargo, but production values are otherwise nothing spectacular. leave a comment
