Rogers is a famous movie star who can't stand to be bothered by her adoring fans. To escape them she dons a black wig, glasses, and false teeth. Average guy Brent finds her on the streets in the midst of an agoraphobic attack. He takes her away to his mountain cabin to help her overcome her fears, and, much to her surprise, he is unimpressed when her true identity is revealed. She gets over her fears and learns a little bit about herself and humility in the process. Rogers tries her best in the film, but, without her regular leading man Astaire, it doesn't work very well. She does do a few steps to some nice tunes by Levant and Fields, including "Don't Mention Love to Me" and "Got a New Lease on Life." leave a comment
