In Enemy Country

A second-rate action-adventure film with an uncommonly cliche script from a usually good writer, Anhalt, that stops the flow of activity to wax moralistically on life and war. Franciosa is in Paris in 1939. He talks Comer, an intelligence officer in the French government, into marrying Hubschmid, a German Baron, and moving to Germany under the guise of having defected from France. It's now 1943, and Franciosa and fellow officers Stockwell and Bell learn that the Germans have a new torpedo that is wreaking havoc on Allied shipping.
