I'll Be Yours

Durbin stars as a small-town youngster who heads for the Big Apple and becomes an usherette at the Buckingham, a fictionalized version of Radio City Music Hall. It is here that she gets involved with Menjou, a pushy millionaire, and Drake, an unsuccessful lawyer. She and Drake eventually fall in love, and she sneakily tries to get her beau a job in Menjou's meat-packing house. Bendix, in a supporting role as a waiter, delivers his usual outstanding performance.
