Tracy is a standard newspaper reporter who gets in over his head when he gets mixed up with a plot to overthrow a mythical government. He is sent to Paris to follow an archduke and runs into a princess disguised as an American. Of course, he saves the day and ends up with the princess in his arms. Countless unexplained plot points are detrimental to this picture's believability. Remade in 1945 under the same title. leave a comment
