The Ice Follies Of 1939

Stewart and Crawford are a husband and wife whose marriage is on thin ice when she gets a Hollywood film contract and he must work in the East. While Stewart is having a tough time finding skating engagements, Crawford is rising fast. To be with her spouse, however, she offers to give up her career. The kind-hearted producer, Stone, does his part to keep the pair together and finds Stewart a job as a film producer. As good as Crawford and Stewart are, they cannot put the lame script on its feet.
