Gould, a medical student married to the pregnant Vaccaro, begins having affairs with nurses, which Vaccaro discovers at a New Year's Eve party. The couple's relationship is not helped by the birth of a son and is strained even more when Vaccaro's mother moves in. Gould meets married model Tompkins and has an affair, and they both decide to get divorces. He has a change of heart and tries to patch up things with his wife. He sends her mother packing and Vaccaro to a spa to lose the weight she gained from childbirth. She loses the weight and wants to lose Gould too. He finds that Tompkins doesn't want anything to do with him either, so he goes back to having affairs with the nurses. A mindless sex comedy with Gould playing a very unsympathetic character. leave a comment
