I Love A Bandleader: Review

An amusing musical comedy which has Harris in the role of a house-painter stricken with amnesia. He forgets about his talent with paint and brush and decides he is really a bandleader. Co-billed is Anderson (Jack Benny's "butler") whose role is unfortunately small but does include a peppy tune called "Eager Beaver" (Sammy Cahn, Jule Styne). "Good, Good, Good" (Allan Roberts, Doris Fisher) is sung by Harris and Brooks. leave a comment
