Up until 1993, Seattle was the home of the Space Needle. During the next three years, the city would be transformed into a rock-and-roll mecca. More than three years in the making — three crucial years, as it turns out, in the development of the Seattle phenomenon — Doug Pray's documentary, looks at the bands, the scene, the personalities and the media coverage that ensured one small city in the Pacific Northwest a permanent place in the history of rock.
