YOU CAN'T HURRY LOVE is a pretty awful comedy about dating in the 1980s that underneath its trendy facade tries to say something positive about romance. David Packer stars as Eddie Hayes, a 23-year-old kid from Akron who arrives in LA without a girl, a car, a job, or a pick-up line.
