Made by Paul Lynch, the writer-director of PROM NIGHT, this gory trash from Canada follows the familiar group of teenagers out for an illicit weekend on the folks' boat. They wind up marooned on Parsons Island, where it is rumored that 36 years ago a woman was raped by a man who was
subsequently ripped apart by his victim's dogs. The offspring of that unholy union is, of course, wandering around on the island, and in no time teens are being hacked to bits by the giant, dog-eating, mutant madman. Not only is this stupid, it's dull.
