Housewife: Review

Bette Davis plays a home-wrecker siren involved in a love triangle. Brent is a successful copywriter who, with the support of his wife, Dvorak, opens his own ad agency. He has a rough time of it, but when Dvorak gets him drunk, he is able to sell himself to the owner of a cosmetics company, Halliday. Davis, who is a fellow copywriter and former lover of Brent, writes a dynamic commercial for him to get his firm off the ground.
