A silly slapstick comedy directed by and starring DeLuise (who seemingly hauled his entire family in front of the camera for this one) about a police undercover task force (Pleshette, Reed, and DeLuise) who decides to capture criminals by opening a fencing operation and entrapping them. The plot seems just an excuse to parade dozens of pointless, eccentric, and silly characters across the screen in desperate hopes that some of them may draw laughs. leave a comment
