Connors stars as a concerned police officer seeking to stem the rising tide of illegal drag racing in his community by organizing a supervised hot rod racing program with the help of experienced dragster Smith. Disaster strikes when Smith's younger brother is killed in a crash, and the devastated Smith quits the project. Soon the streets are back to their dangerous and disorganized condition, leaving Connors frustrated. Much to his surprise, Connors learns that Smith has been arrested for the hit-and-run death of a child, and the disbelieving cop chases down the real culprit. leave a comment
