Tom Parsekian is a working-class youngster who takes a summer job at a posh hotel resort. He and the other young men on the staff are soon embroiled in an all-out war with some snobbish folk staying at the hotel to shoot a commercial. Debra Kelly, a member of the elite crowd, sees nothing wrong in dating Parsekian, and the hotel manager also sides with the employees. But the two rival groups have to settle their differences.
