McLaglen stars as a dim-witted sailor adventuring in Paris who has won a million-dollar prize in a horse lottery and doesn't know it. The lottery officials dispatch an agent to give him his prize, but when McLaglen mistakes the man for a detective, he takes it on the lam through the streets
of Paris. While staying one step ahead of what he believes to be the law, McLaglen finds time to romance Dorsay, and all turns out well when the fortune is eventually handed over to him. Songs are "Sweet Nothings Of Love," "Look Into My Eyes, Baby," "If You Want To See Paree," sung by Dorsay, and
the comedy tune "I'm the Duke of Kakiyak," sung by McLaglen.
