HOT MOVES exists for one reason only--to excite pubescent teenage boys. Nothing much happens in this film but voluptuous girls sunning themselves on the beach, oiling their bodies, and splashing in the water--with only the barest thread of plot binding the whole together. Chubby Zorek wants nothing more in life than a girlfriend, and he obsessively focuses his father's telescope on the beaches.
