Nutty drug movie starring Slate as the leader of a gang of zany pushers. As the film opens, the crooks are meeting a boat from Cuba carrying heroin. In a hilarious sequence, the gang gets the Cubans high on pot, kills them, burns their boat, and steals the dope. Spotting a Coast Guard cutter in the distance, the drug thugs toss the heroin overboard in watertight containers, planning to retrieve it later.
