Odd and largely unsuccessful attempt to update Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar" in a business setting. Longden is chairman of the board for a large company. Wilmer and other directors are jealous of his success and, with the help of a somewhat reluctant Wooland, manage to vote Longden out of power. This sets off a fatal heart attack in the man; his old friend "Saville" later takes over as board chairman.
