Randolph Scott and Jackie Coogan play a pair of stable-owning brothers in this combination western and racetrack story that never quite comes together. One of their horses, Midnight, is a sure winner, and bad guys covet not only it but the brothers' ranch, which, true to formula, has a mortgage they can't pay. Not to worry. Midnight and young Coogan bring an end to all this nonsense in a climactic showdown race. leave a comment
