Post-DOCTOR STRANGELOVE nuclear comedy involving the adventures of Ewing and Bonner as a pair of amateur skin divers who find a hydrogen bomb accidentally dropped from a B-52 bomber into the ocean just off southern California. They decide, in jest to blackmail every citizen of Los Angeles into sending one dollar to a Swiss bank account or risk the detonation of the bomb.
