HIRED WIFE tells the story of Nissen, who marries Heyburn with an agreement to end the marriage after a year because he only wants to be married so he can inherit a large sum of money. Nissen really loves Heyburn, and spends most of the film trying to make him fall in love with her, so that they can be together permanently. Heyburn is at first very indifferent to Nissen, as he still has a desire for a young woman who married another man. Little by little, Nissen works on him until her love is returned. leave a comment
