The Bowery Boys, once again led by Gorcey and Hall, get mixed up in high society when rich crook Lummis attempts to steal an inheritance from his nephew, Keith. Lummis hoodwinks Hall and tries to pass him off as the rightful heir to the fortune. Some mildly amusing situations arise as the tough slum kids masquerade as cultured types, and eventually Gorcey exposes the plot and puts the bad guys in the clink.
