Lowery is a high-rigger construction worker who loses his nerve after a near-fatal fall. A co-worker blames Lowery for the death of his brother who was killed in Lowery's accident. Lowery struggles to regain his confidence. The climax finds Lowery conquering his fear when forced to perform a tricky rescue several stories up. leave a comment
