Clarke stars (he also produced and directed) in this sometimes laughable sci-fi film about a physicist who becomes contaminated with radiation at an atomic plant and thereafter regresses into a lizard-like creature with a taste for human flesh, whenever he is hit by the rays of the sun (sort of a werewolf in reverse, with scales instead of hair).
