A confoundedly unfunny comedy about love, rock 'n' roll, and transvestism that places its one-dimensional characters in the urban void of Los Angeles. Bryan Peters (David Hallyday) is a singer-songwriter from Missouri who dreams of becoming a rock star. He wins a trip to Los Angeles and the
chance to meet rock megastar Simon Sledge (Warwick Sims), but he must bring along a girl friend. Of course, he doesn't have one, so his best friend and personal manager, Reggie (T.K. Carter), dons a wig and a dress and becomes Regina.
