A follow-up to 1983's HERCULES (and filmed at the same time), this again features bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno in the title role. This time he's sent off to Earth by his ethereal father (Claudio Cassinelli) to retrieve some magic lightning bolts that have been stolen by a trio of goddesses. Accompanied by Urania (Milly Carlucci) and Glaucia (Sonia Viviani), Hercules fights off a host of evil creatures, including evil King Minos (William Berger). In the end he must prevent the moon from crashing into its mother planet and in doing so restore harmony to both heaven and Earth. Pockmarked by incompetent performances and laughable production values, this is a completely forgettable waste of time. leave a comment
