Henry Aldrich (Jimmy Lydon) runs for high-school class president in one of the best films of the "Aldrich" series--the first to star Lydon, who had replaced Jackie Cooper. Henry is nominated by a conniving rich kid whose intention is to split the votes and insure his own election.
