There's nothing more painful than to sit through a film that tries desperately to be funny but just isn't. Such is the case with HELP I'M INVISIBLE, a 1950s German attempt at comedy. Businessman Lingen spends most of his free time conducting strange experiments in his makeshift lab. He
just happens to be successful with one of these, and invents a machine that makes him invisible--creating a disaster for the rest of his family. The real disaster came when this film hit the theaters.
